Yes, we require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit that is transferrable if you need to reschedule your party to a different day.

What happens if I need to change my party date? Do I need to pay another deposit?
You are welcome to reschedule a party to any available dates. The deposits are transferrable, so you would not need to make another deposit for the new date.
What do you have for smaller children?
We have a toddler bouncer for ages 3 and under. We also have a creative area for kids that want to take a break from playing in the bounce area.
How much are parties and what do they include?
Party Rates depend on a number of things. Please refer to our Party Rate page to see determine which party package best fits your needs.
Do we charge for 2 and under?
The Monkey House does not charge for siblings that are not able to walk yet, however we do charge for all ages walking to driving. Once you can drive, you are FREE! with a paid admission.
Can we pay for extra bounce time for a private party?
All of our parties are scheduled for 1 hour in the bounce area and 45 minutes in the party room, however, this may be an option for the last party of the day, if you are flexible with your party time.
Do you have Group Rates?
We do not have group rates for open play times. We do have group rates for school field trips and church groups. Please call The Monkey House at 479.226.3400 for more information.
Can we rent just the party room?
The Monkey House party rooms are reserved for scheduled Birthday Parties or Sports Parties.
Can we have a party at The Monkey House without booking a party?
All parties MUST schedule a party and reserve a party room. We do not allow presents or cakes to be brought in to The Monkey House unless a party has been scheduled.
Can we bring in any outside food or drinks?
The Monkey House does NOT allow any outside food or drinks with the exception of Birthday parties. We allow Cakes, Cookies, Cup cakes, etc. to be brought in for scheduled parties.
Can we bring in decorations for our scheduled birthday party?
The Monkey House party rooms are already decorated, however, if you would like to bring in themed decorations, we DO allow them to be brought in.
How much does it cost if I got over the number of children in my scheduled party package?
Each addition child above the allowed number for the party package will be an $9 charge.
Can I get a discount if I bring in my own decorations, invitations, goody bags, or paper goods?
The party package prices include all of these items whether you utilize them or not. The prices will be the same.
I'm not going to have all the kids that my party package allows, can I trade this for other items?
The Monkey House does not allow item trade outs at this time.
Can I book parties when The Monkey House is closed?
The Monkey House will book parties at any time. Call to check availability.
How big are the pizzas?
The Monkey House pizzas are each cut into 10 "kid friendly" slices.
How long do we get to play during a birthday party?
All birthday parties at The Monkey House include 1 hour in the bounce area and 45 minutes in a Private Party Room.
How early do I need to book a party?
The Monkey House recommends booking your party as early as possible. Our party slots are reserved on a first come first serve basis so the earlier you reserve your desired time, the better chance you have of getting the exact day and time you desire.
